What file formats can I upload?
Excel (.xlsx), CSV, PDF, JPG and PNG. Excel and CSV are read directly. PDFs and photographs are read by the document reader, which requires an AI provider to be configured on the installation.
My attendance sheet has an unusual layout. Will it work?
Very likely. The reader looks for the header row rather than assuming it is the first row, expands merged cells, skips blank filler rows and stops at TOTAL lines. Where a column name is unfamiliar it asks you once, then remembers.
What if the workbook has many sheets?
Sheets are ranked by how much they look like attendance and the best one is used, with all the others listed so you can switch. If several are close, you are asked rather than guessed at.
Can it handle a running log with several months in it?
Yes. When a month column is present the rows are grouped by period and you choose which month you are processing.
Will it create employees automatically?
No. Rows that do not match anyone are shown as new joiners with everything the document contained already filled in. You confirm before an employee record is created.
What happens if two employees have similar names?
The row is marked as an ambiguous match and you choose. The system will not pick one, because paying the wrong person and filing the wrong UAN is far worse than one question.
Does it support both day-rate and monthly staff?
Yes, and the two are calculated differently. Which model applies is recorded on each employee and shown on every wage statement.
Are the statutory rates kept up to date?
Rates live in a dated configuration file with effective-from and effective-to dates, so historical months keep calculating correctly. Each rule carries a verification status which is visible inside the product.
Is the ECR file officially verified?
No, and the product says so. The layout follows the documented ECR 2.0 UAN-based format, but it has not been confirmed against a live EPFO upload. Test it with a trial upload before relying on it.
Can other customers see my data?
No. Every record belongs to your organisation and every query is filtered by it. Employees, attendance, salaries, bank details, reports and payments are all isolated.
What happens when my subscription expires?
You are warned about thirty days in advance. Renewing extends from your existing expiry date, so you never lose time you have already paid for.
Do you offer support?
Yes. There is an in-product help assistant, a support request form with a reference number, and WhatsApp where a number is published for your region.
