Getting started

From spreadsheet to statutory filing

Ten steps, and only the first four are ever done more than once a year.

1

Create your account

Name, company, country, mobile and email. Free for 3 days, no card.

2

Set up your company

Company details, GST and establishment numbers, bank details, logo and authorised signatory. These appear on every report.

3

Bring in your employees

Add them one by one, or import the employee master you already keep in a spreadsheet.

4

Set your rate cards

For day-rate work, record the rate by site, skill and effective date. Revisions add a new row so history is kept.

5

Upload attendance

Choose the month, drop the file in. Excel, CSV, PDF or a photograph.

6

Check what was read

Which sheet, which columns, how many rows, and anything the system is unsure about.

7

Resolve exceptions

Confirm ambiguous names, create new joiners, fill in what is missing. Decisions are remembered.

8

Calculate payroll

Wages, PF, ESI, PT and deductions, with a full trail from source to final figure.

9

Review and finalise

Look at the totals, then lock the month. Reopening is recorded, never silent.

10

Generate outputs

Salary slips, wage register, EPF and ESI summaries, ECR file and bank transfer list.

Try it with your own attendance sheet

Upload the file you already use. You will see what the system read, what it matched, and what it wants you to check — before anything is calculated.
