Customer / user information we collect
Account details you give us: name, email address, mobile number, company / establishment name, address, state and GSTIN/PAN where you provide them. Business data you enter or upload to use the Service: employee records, attendance, wages, and bank details for salary processing. Billing information for an invoice: billing name, address, state, GSTIN/PAN. Technical records created automatically: sign-in times, IP address, browser type, and a device identifier used only to prevent trial abuse.
Payment information
Payments are processed by our payment gateways, Cashfree and Paytm. Your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN and net-banking credentials are entered on the gateway and are never seen by or stored on our servers. We receive only a payment reference, the amount, status, and the masked instrument type.
Use of information
To provide the Service: reading your attendance, calculating your payroll, producing your reports and statutory files. To take payment, activate your subscription and issue a GST tax invoice. To support you when you contact us. To keep the Service secure and prevent abuse of the free trial. To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations. We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it.
Third-party disclosure
We share data only with the providers needed to run the Service, and only what each needs: the payment gateways (Cashfree, Paytm) to take payment and issue refunds; our email provider to send invoices and password-reset messages; the AI document-reading provider you have enabled, when you upload an attendance image; and, if you connect it, your own Google Sheet. We also disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights. Spreadsheet uploads are read on our own servers and are not sent to any AI provider.
Information protection
Data is stored against your organisation and every database query is filtered by it, so one customer cannot read another customer's data. Passwords are stored only as scrypt hashes and are never readable. Access to production data is limited to authorised personnel. Traffic is served over HTTPS. Payment-gateway secrets and API keys are held only in server environment configuration, never in the browser or the code repository.
Data retention
We keep your account and business data while your account is active. Payment records, invoices and other statutory documents are retained for the period required by Indian tax and accounting law even after an account is closed. Other data is deleted or anonymised within a reasonable period after closure or on a valid deletion request.
Rights of users
You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, request a copy in a portable form, or ask us to delete it (subject to records we must keep by law). To exercise a right, contact us at [email protected] or through the support page; we respond within a reasonable time.
Cookies policy
We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in and a short-lived security token cookie to protect forms, plus a long-lived random device cookie used only as one signal against trial abuse. We do not use advertising, analytics or cross-site tracking cookies. Blocking the essential cookie will stop you being able to sign in.
Notification of changes
If we change this policy we will update the "last updated" date below and, for a significant change affecting how we use your data, notify you by email or an in-product notice.
Jurisdiction & law
This policy and any dispute about your personal data are governed by the laws of India, with the courts at Kalaburagi, Karnataka having jurisdiction.
